First, though, let’s address why you want to Jelq. Jelq is the single most effective exercise on the planet for effectively enlarging the penis, both the length and the thickness. The reason to Jelq is simple – it increases and expands the size of the cells of the erectile tissue of the penis and promotes better blood flow throughout the penis. What you can expect from this exercise is as great as your imagination will allow. While you shouldn’t expect earth shattering results immediately, results will immediately be noticeable non-the-less. In your first month of performing this exercise you should see a gain of a solid inch! Through regimented, disciplined use of this technique for a solid 30 minutes a day you will attain gains of around 4 inches your first year!!! Gains will continue for as long into your life as you wish to perform this exercise provided you follow our Plateau Blaster Exercises carefully and follow our Synergistic Penis Enlargement Workouts to the letter. You won’t “max-out” some day and not experience any more gain.
While we’re right here I want to point out some additional information. First I want to address a lot of poor information floating around the Internet. The common premise being shoved down people’s throats is that Jelq will cause a break down of the erectile tissue allowing it to grow back bigger, stronger and with more cells like a muscle would. This is completely false. Once men reach mid-puberty there is just not enough testosterone to allow the breakdown of the cells in erectile tissue. The way Jelq works is by expanding the capacity of the cells in the erectile tissue. Erectile tissue cells are very much like a sponge…they expand with blood and can be encouraged to hole even more blood through the Jelq exercise. This is how growth occurs in the penis. Now, here’s some earth shattering information…We’re just finishing up a study on the use of certain body-building supplements that create a testosterone “spike.” Through proper timing of your consumption of these supplements and the interaction of your Synergistic workouts, we have found exponential gains. This is caused by the fact that through the introduction of these supplements, the body creates nortestosterone which allows for the breakdown and regrowth of the erectile tissue cells. The only downside is they are expensive supplements and you must be involved in strenuous athletic activity while taking these supplements or all you will do is gain weight! We’ll be releasing another version of the website before summer with updated workouts for those who wish to get involved in a total body package and utilize our findings.
To perform the Jelq Technique:
As I described earlier, the literal translation of Jelq is “Cow’s Milk.” It is called “milking” due to the obvious resemblance of this exercise to the act of milking a cow. Farmers will have an advantage over the rest of us on this exercise!
- The first thing to do for this exercise (after proper warm up!) is to attain a partial erection. The purpose of this is to get some blood into the penis – for it’s the movement of the blood throughout the penis during this exercise which will expand the erectile tissue of the penis.
- Using your index finger and thumb, wrap your penis at the base, way down as close to your testicles as possible.
- Gently squeeze your penis with your thumb and forefinger to trap the blood inside your erectile tissue. If you feel like there’s not enough blood in your penis at this point it’s good to perform a strong Kegel to help “inflate” the penis further for the purposes of this exercise.
- Now, slide your thumb and forefinger “ring” down the shaft of your penis towards the glans (penis head).
- At the moment your first hand reaches the glans, take your other hand and begin the same process. You’ll be alternating hands – right, left, right, left, etc. A single repetition should last a full second before starting with your other hand.
You should repeat this exercise without stopping for 30 full minutes. At the end of your workout you should have a well hung appearance. You will be sore! You may see blood spotting, bruising, lumps or any combination of the three at the end of your workout. This is not a concern – it is very normal. To get the most out of the jelq technique:
- Lubrication is essential!!! After performing your warm-up, dry your entire genital area COMPLETELY.
- First, a quick note about your choice of lubrication…Baby Oil and Vaseline and any other oil based lubricants should be avoided. They don’t allow your skin to breathe. The whole point of our system is to promote a healthier genital area and improved circulation throughout the entire genital area. Why would you suffocate the skin on your penis for the sake of lubrication?!? My only recommendation is a water-based lubricant.
Take your favorite lubrication and apply it generously to your entire genital area. KY Jelly is my personal preferences. Again, Baby Oil and Vaseline should be avoided at all cost! I have a secret formula for the use of KY Jelly that is slicker than anything on the planet.
- Take a very generous amount of KY Jelly and apply it to your penis. Spend about 30 seconds lubing it up and down your penis after which time you will find the KY becoming sticky. Take another amount of KY Jelly and repeat the process 2 more times. Then you’ll want to have a Tupperware-type bowl handy with water in it. Dip your hand in the water and slide it up and down your penis a couple of times and – PRESTO! You’ve found the slickest lubricant on the planet!
- If you experience excessive soreness (you’re the only judge of this – listen to your body!) take a break! Let your penis recover and while doing so perform your Kegel Level #1 workout until you’re ready to return to Jelq. 500 reps a day is a good place to start (300 minimum)!
- Regardless of soreness, you need to take a day off every 10 days. In other words, do your Jelq technique for 10 days, then take the 11th day off. Be sure to never take 2 days in a row off – results will only come through repetition! You need to be dedicated to this and you will see explosive results! You may not see results the first 2-3 weeks, though you will surely feel the difference. Give it time and be disciplined and you will have the results you could have only dreamed of last week!
- This exercise’s effectiveness relies, in part, on proper breathing technique and The Power of Your Mind. Just as the Sudanese Arabs did it, so must you. Jelq is a complete package of the physical technique used in conjunction with visualization and proper breathing. Both breathing and visualization will help you maintain your semi-erect state without ejaculating prior to a good workout.
- If you feel the urge to ejaculate coming on, stop the process long enough to catch your control then continue. Do this as often as necessary to complete your workout for the allotted time. If this happens to you, you should immediately go to Kegel Level #1 Technique to begin training your PC Muscle. A well developed PC Muscle will give you everlasting control and premature ejaculation will become a distant memory.
- NEVER Jelq in the shower or bath tub unless you’re into extreme pain and discomfort. You should begin your Jelq routine with a dry penis and apply lubricant only – never use soap! Trust me!
- Immediately upon the completion of your Jelq workout, take your hand towel and soak it in very warm water and wrap your entire genital area with it. This is your most effective method for a cool-down after your intense workout. It will help the blood that has been collecting in the penis to flow naturally and comfortably back out of the penis and aid in the speed of recovery.
- Move from this exercise on to your Testicular Massage to further aid in the return of healthy circulation to the genital area.
