Should I Jelq Everyday? A Jelqing Routine
Jelqing is a term used to describe a series of techniques, like stretching and milking, meant to increase your penis size. Its history is a mystery – some claim it started many hundreds of years ago and was used by men to increase their penile length and girth to gigantic sizes. Though the truth about such claims can be argued, the results of jelqing cannot.
You will find many different jelq exercises out there, from the simple continuous milking to more intricate exercises aimed mainly at increasing length or girth. However, often a routine is bypassed and men are left wondering if they should jelq every day or rest one day between sets like in common exercising.
Despite being similar to exercise, the physiology behind jelqing is differing. When you jelq you increase your penis size by stretching the corpora cavernosa, which allows more blood to flow in when you have an erection, making the penis larger. For that reason, you can jelq everyday.
However, you need to observe a few security measures. You should always warm up until you reach a partial erection for at least five minutes (you can do this while taking a warm bath or by using a washcloth soaked in warm water).
You should start slow. Do 100 jelqs per day during your first week. Then increase 100 strokes per week until you reach 500. Don’t overdo it, if you ever feel pain or if jelqing leaves bruises then you are pushing too hard. Be careful with this – some penile lesions are irreversible.
Another precaution you need to take is not jelqing with a full erection and not ejaculating while jelqing, as both can damage your corpora cavernosa.
Don’t overdo it to get faster results, or you may slow it down irreversibly. As long as you follow the jelqing routine described here with the appropriate safety precautions you will soon watch your penis grow in both length and girth.
